This. He was significantly better this year.  One area where he didn’t get the credit he deserves is returning kicks. He never broke one, but he consistently  had a good returns. He should get a little stronger and maybe a little quicker.

Scarlett is a couple of years removed from a serious knee injury and he’s improved each year. Don’t know where his ceiling might be but it would surprise me if we’ve seen it already.
