I agree with Lex. I saw a good slot WR with average speed, decent YAC due mainly to running tough than to nifty moves. Im not sure if hes big enough to take the workload at RB. But the fact that he played as a true frosh should tell us how highly staff regards him.
OTOH CMac and Bryce werent exactly behemoths. Maybe Wedington could be another Anthony Bookman, who was a WR in HS and left Stanford as our #3 all-time rusher.

The fact that he played as much as he did suggests hes shown the staff something. And he came in with a lot of fan fare. So I hope you are right. But he didnt show much this year.[/quote]

Wedington looks like the heir apparent. He's faster than Scarlett or Speights, has better vision, low pad level, and very good speed out of his cuts.Â
Scarlett should be farther along in his third year; what we have seen is likely all we are going to get.
An X factor her might be a late get in this recruiting class--speaking of vision and speed out of his cuts. As a true freshman, this fellow might get only five carries a game, but five good carries in relief of Wedington and Speights could give us a very good running game behind what should be one of our great OLs.
