First, let me Mirandize you:  this is not a political post even though its subject managed to dive in head first all on his own.  It's a Mike Leach post.  There's been a durable viewpoint around here (for years) that Mike is a kind of lovable mad-man.  Maybe this makes him a little less lovable but at least the guy is consistently veering outside the lines. (If this still seems too political, some greater power will nacht und nebel it.)
