Pretty fair assessment Lex. I would suggest that Tavita's biggest issue is not having the huevos to snatch that laminated card from Shaw's hands. He needs to sit down with David and tell him, "Look, you promoted me to be the OC. Trust me to do my job. Give me the support and the players I need, and we'll be successful."

He's 31, has never left Stanford, and owes Shaw his whole career. He was promoted precisely because he will never ever do that.
