Oklahoma vs UCLA won't be a draw because Oklahoma will annihilate UCLA.

Fox sent their No.1 team (Gus and Joel Klatt) to Norman for this year's OU-UCLA matchup, despite everyone knowing it would be an annihilation.
Next year, when UCLA figures to be better, and the chances for an upset increase with OU having to go on the road to Pasadena, that looks like a Fox 4pm PT or 5pm PT written all over it to me.

What Fox does is probably only marginally relevant.
The game is in Florida, so it will fall under the AAC television deals. I believe they have only a contract with ESPN.
Of course there's lots of competition among the various broadcast rights ESPN has, but not that particular game.
