I wonder what Chris Petersen did to get snubbed again in the year of his 2nd Pac-12 championship.  In 2016, he lost to Mike McIntyre, who had engineered the glorious turnaround at Colorado (and fell from grace two years later).  This year, he loses to Mike Leach, who was joint-winner with Shaw in 2015.  Yes, WSU vastly exceeded expectations.  But Petersen has won two championships in three years and has yet to win the Pac-12 COTY award.  Very odd.
