Thanks Viking_guy.  Ironically I had found that document but didn't scroll down to the third page, which had the answer.

I had gone through a couple of the bios on GoStanford, so I knew that Faluke had missed out on the first team her freshman year.  I'd looked for Folkl, but it didn't have her accolades.  I should have figured Walsh and Tom; Oden was just before my time.
