If he isn't healthy enough to play, then I have no issue. Didn't see any reference to that in his statement though.
But if a player is healthy enough to play and doesn't, then I have a problem. Bowl games are part of the season.
the part below, emphasis added, about being completely healthy implies some level of injury, watching him play this season I don't think he has ever been close to 100% healthy this year
