After the second Winter results have been tallied, Stanford leads with 930.25 points followed by Penn State with 715 and Wisconsin with 690.50.  Here's a link to the press release:

Adding 73 points for WBB and 0 points for MBB brings the YTD total to 1,003.25 which compares to 977.50 for the same sports last year.
