I agree with your analysis of our team. The only place I think (hope) we may actually be better than you project is at RB. Naturally, this interacts with the OL being able to make holes, but if the OL is halfway good, I think we can return to the run as a reliable way to control the ball and reduce the load on the defense. Even when Bryce Love was really putting up big numbers, we often couldn't control the ball because we couldn't reliably convert a third and less than two. The big standard deviation of the run game in this period has been discussed at length. This year, the run game may not yield lots of long gains, but if it can reliably make 3+ yards in almost all situations, that will be a giant plus.
