Apologies to the green jacketed stuff shirts in Augusta but my favorite PGA event is the WGC Match Play which is played on a fantastic course in Austin.

The PGA Championship was played as match play when I was a kid. The Ryder cup is great but the possibility of Brooks Koepka vs Dustin for a major is thrilling.

I am with you in a big way on this.  I am a fan of major proportions of match play.  The decreasing number of holes, where you stand, the overall team status makes the pressure increase significantly as the number of holes decreases.  Hats off to our guys!
