Another area for improvement in Lee's game - pace of play. She was penalized for slow play today.

That was a complete joke by a gutless USGA who wouldn't penalize pros who are competing for money. Groups ahead of Lee's were playing six hour rounds too, and not every group behind her was keeping pace either. Was she playing slow? Yes. Was she the only one playing slow? Hell no. They should've given that penalty to entire groups all over the place. I'd love to see the timesheets and ask some very direct questions of the rules officials.

Unfortunately, she fell apart Saturday after that penalty was assessed. She rebounded Sunday with a 1-over but the damage had been done. She finished outside the Top 50.
