RB:

The position battle among Stanford’s three senior / fifth-year senior running backs is an oft-asked question in the post McCaffrey-Love era, though the surprise of this training camp has been the game-ready impacts that freshmen Austin Jones and Nathaniel Peat could have. They are dynamic and competitive. At least five-deep, this year’s #RBeasts are a remarkably talented group with a diversity of skill sets.

WR:

With JJ Arcega-Whiteside and Trenton Irwin departed to the NFL, there is not only a high level of production but also leadership to replace. Sophomore Michael Wilson and junior Connor Wedington, each with just one season of playing experience under their belts, have grabbed the reins.

DBs:

ou know about Preseason AP All-America junior cornerback Paulson Adebo and senior free safety and team leader Malik Antoine. Get to know sophomore strong safety Kendall Williamson, who can run and move like few safeties who have come through The Farm. A pair of true freshmen in cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly and safety Jonathan McGill have played beyond their years in this training camp and are making a push to get on the field early.

Forgot to mention this tidbit on the ILBs:

Sophomore Jacob Mangum-Farrar and senior Curtis Robinson are new faces at inside linebacker taking us to athletically exciting places, after four seniors graduated from last year’s team. Both players redshirted last year (Curtis then at outside linebacker) and they can flash in ways that may remind you of Shayne Skov. Senior Andrew Pryts has also impressed with his level of mastery of the defense, after having moved from safety.

Robinson has already been pencilled in, but you wonder if JMF becomes the other ILB starter.
