<p style="" class="">Not an athlete, but I can understand. I stayed at my last job in academia (which like pro sports has a “tournament model” where a handful of high performers are insanely successful, a larger number of people can hang on and scrape a living together, and many simply don’t make) longer than I maybe should have, but now I can look back and say I have no regrets.</p><p style="" class=""><br></p><p style="" class="">Good friend of mine who was a Stanford professor feels the same way. It was worth giving it a shot, but we are both look back with no regrets.</p><p style="" class=""><br></p><p style="" class="">BC</p>
