If Shaw can't see that he needs a real OC now, he never will. He is Tavita's mentor and Tavita will not push back hard enough, nor be able to think outside the Shaw box. He's come from this program and it's all he knows. He is better off going to another program to learn from a different system and coaching staff to broaden his skillset. Shaw can set him up with Dabo.
Why not Andrew to return as OC along with a part time grad school stint? I know, wishful thinking. We need someone to push Shaw into reality and to help re-focus on recruiting as well. I tip my hat to Sc for bringing in their new OC - and that's hard for me to say. This should be a major wake-up call for Shaw. I haven't been this disappointed in him since the Fiesta Bowl mess. Time to wake up and make some adjustments or we will revert to the mean.
