Sentencing Guidelines The United States Attorney agrees, based on the following calculations, that Defendant's total "offense level" under the Guidelines is 9:

the main differences in the agreements I looked at are in

b) has different dollar ranges for how many points you get, a higher dollar range gets you more points

c) some people got a 2 point reduction and some a 3 point reduction (no idea why)
