What must Mills do Saturday to justify keeping the QB job even when Costello is healthy?

My opinion is Costello is good, but Mills is better. Discuss.

Step one is probably win. Even if he looks good, if the team loses it's much harder not to go back to your starting QB (when healthy). Better or worse is hard to say, but it does seem like we use a lot more play action with Mills in, which I think is an important part of our offense (or should be).
