We had injuries on Turley’s watch as well...more in the last couple of years of it. Things seem to have really gone to hell now, though.

Good observations, Mick. Makes you wonder if the sport performance coaches in the AD completely abandoned all of Turley's methods, because while he was in charge, our injury rates seemed to be well below average, and we had the endurance to make our intellectualism brutal. We've gone from being strong as redwoods to fourth quarter weeping willows.

That would make sense and also be a harbinger of doom.

Interesting that Alabama's had a bunch of injuries this year as well. Apparently they are starting four true freshmen in the front seven on D--will be interesting the impact when they finally play a team with a pulse.
