Sorry if this has already been asked and answered.  Are these felony convictions? What restrictions are in place for convicted felons now? (ie gun ownership, etc). I believe voting rights have been restored in some states.

Defendant's base offense level is 7, because Defendant is pleading guilty to an offense of conviction that has a statutory maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years or more (USSG § 2B1.1(a)(1));
