I was at the game and saw both Higgins and Manley get regular snaps. I believe Higgins was lined up on the right when Costello threw the quick screen to Peat on the left in the 2nd half. And I definitely saw Manley in the secondary. I had to consult the roster when I saw an unfamiliar number. Eboh seems to have dropped so far that 2 true frosh are playing ahead of him.
