Haven't been to Lawry's but it would be hard to beat House of Prime Rib which unfortunately is on Van Ness which the City of SF is turning into the landing strip on Henderson Field, Guadalcanal circa August 1942.

I make a better prime rib than either place.  All Cardboarders are welcome to come to the BC v Stanford tailgate at my house on Sept 2, 2028 to confirm.
