Totally agree. We need an SC coach that can toughen our guys up. Take em out to the Nevada desert for a week and move rocks, eat rattlesnakes, dig tunnels, indian wrestle, etc. Try something out of the box. What's happening is not working.

Put a glide in your stride and a dip in your hip.
