Well, my daughter, who isn’t much of a Star Wars fan and didn’t come with us did guess one of the key plot points (gonna hold off on spoilers, even though this one was... predictable).
To me the movies are an enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours, and on that account IX largely succeeded. I don’t hold them to the same cultura significance as many people do, so I don’t tend to get let down as many real fans do when they don’t meet expectations.
