My uneducated guess, he'll have more Stanford grad transfer reinforcements once again. Rice MBA with 1 year fully paid for? Heck of a pitch.

I doubt that the first year of Rice's MBA program is a lot easier than Stanford's, and judging from experience, I can't imagine having the time commitment of football along with the first year of business school.
