Normally I would say that Steve Sarkisian's declaration that he plans to return to Alabama means that he will not be coaching in Colorado next year:

But of course, if we've learned anything from this fiasco, it is that one should not believe anything a coach says in denying interest in a job, until that job is filled with someone else.
