hoping dumb questions are allowed here -- can someone explain to me the two free throws that Kianna (I think it was her) got after the technical without the other players lined up outside the key?  I've been searching NCAA rules and am coming up empty handed.  TIA

No questions are dumb if you don't know the answer, so ask away. That's my attitude. At any rate, as I understand the rules, the two shots were the penalty on OSU for the technical. No one lines up to go for a rebound. You get two shots, in or out. Then your team gets the ball out of bounds. And one other thing. If there's a technical, the team shooting gets to choose who goes to the line. So, obviously, you choose to have your best free throw shooter take the shots.
