Not gonna lie, I think the WHO is being conservative (because they're using China's "official" numbers--bah), and China's massive response shows the true urgency of the situation.  There's no need to panic, but we should be urgently vigilant to protect the 5% of us who will not respond well to Covid19 infection.  I see my parents about twice a month, so I cancelled my west coast trips this month, for example.
