My favorite virus story so far on March 6...

An Ontario man tested positive for Covid-19 after returning to Canada from Las Vegas. The presumption is he got it in Las Vegas, where there have been zero reported cases.  

The odds of a guy traveling back to Canada, and getting it from the one person in Las Vegas who had it are quite minuscule, suggesting some serious community spread going on in Vegas with nobody knowing about it. I know they changed their slogan, but it looks like in fact what happens in Vegas absolutely does not stay in Vegas!

Well, I guess it's a good thing no major athletic events are going on or planned in Vegas now.  Oh, wait...

UW just called off all in-person classes through rest of semester.  Just online now.  

I don't think the NCAA Tournament is gonna happen. The cases will be soaring next week as testing comes on line and local health leaders are not going to want large gatherings happening.
