GISAID shows a lot of unresolved cases in South Korea, but just 135 recovered and 44 deaths.
44/(44+135) = 25% CFR.   That's probably high as people die more quickly than people recover.

But calculating CFR by ongoing, but not resolved, cases seems very unrealistic.
