The issue isn't the 1 million tests. We could have 10 million. We just don't have the system in place to distribute and use them.
UW has the capacity to do 1000+ tests a day. Yet, they did under 500 yesterday and the Life Care Center (just a short drive away) hasn't tested all their residents and don't plan to test their asymptomatic staff.
