To that end, [the County of] Santa Clara is banning events with more than 1,000 attendants through early April. As this ESPN story notes, that makes it unclear whether the Sharks' home games will be played in an empty arena when they return from a three-game road trip late next week. Is it just me, or does that concern suddenly seem like someone playing a pretty dang freakin' tiny violin?

Well if the ban continues until next fall, at least Stanford Football won't be affected. . . .
