If Stanford MBB fails to make The Dance, it is missing a golden opportunity.  More so than any other team in the field, they are accustomed to playing in empty arenas.

Last season Stanford averaged close to 50% attendance at Maples. Hardly empty. Not to mention, fairweather fan comments like these are self-reinforcing - who wants to go to a game when half the fans are taking a cr@p on the team?

Come on, relax. Brought a chuckle from me, much needed these days

And if the comment is taking a cr@p on anyone, it's the fair-weather fans. . . .
