Testing will be coming on line quickly over the next few days in the USA. Expect the confirmed cases of C-19 to explode over the next 2 weeks. 

The federal government should strongly consider sending checks to those families earning less than $60,000 a year. Call it a tax refund if needed. Interest free loans won't cut it when these people will never be able to pay them back. People need to eat. Small business employers won't be able to keep paying their employees if no money is coming in.
