Can I kindly (and perhaps futily) try to refocus the conversation on the topic at hand, specifically considerations about the epidemic. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, while there isn't a ton of space between descriptions of what happened and who is to blame for it, let's try to keep this thread focused on the what.
The temperature in this thread is starting to rise, and I fear the epidemic will further strain on an already tense situation.
