If I'm not the first, someone is really unlucky.

I pray that none of is first, but that won't be, I'm afraid.   Whether someone is first or not, whether they are on the Cardboard or not, we all wish them well and a quick recovery. 

There are many "A hero is" quotes.  I'll add one more;  "A hero is a kid doc."
There will be many heroes in this battle, but that doesn't minimize the heroism of each of them.
