The European travel ban has extended its requirements such that Americans returning from the UK, Ireland, and Europe can only do so through one of 13 airports. They'll go through enhanced entry screening before being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days after reaching their home destination.
I'm pretty sure I just saw an acquaintance just fly to London for a vacation two days ago and then post today about how the self-quarantine would probably not be enforced. Sigh.
Not sure this travel ban does much except reduce the number of embers returning to the dry prairie. But hey, I'm seeing pictures of long lines at a local restaurant, at stores, and at bars. Mostly young adults, no surprise there.
