The past week I started wearing a mask with face shield when examining patients. This was of my own accord, from what I have been reading. One of my colleagues has been as well. She is from China and knows MDs there, and has been reading their primary literature. We've been trying to get our department up to snuff because what CDC is telling us is not enough.
