Which people will be allowed to go to work?  How will staffing of grocery stores be insured?

The run on grocery stores has started.  The political leaders need to insure they have a plan in place, not just say you don’t have to worry about food.  What are the rationing plans?

Grocery stores, farmers markets, convenience stores, and the like are "essential businesses." They can stay open and their employees can go to work. Likewise for pharmacies, doctors, gas stations, banks, police, trash collection, plumbers, electricians, newspapers, television & radio stations, restaurants (take-out only), and various other businesses.

Importantly, so can their suppliers. The list of "essential" businesses and their suppliers actually is quite extensive and inclusive.
