As of April 6, South Korea, country of 50 million, has just over 10K cases and fewer than 200 deaths.

There is a lot that has been discussed on this board (and, I'm sad to say, the state of the discussions has been deteriorating), so it is not unexpected that a new reader would not be able to scan everything.
