ps: I'm new to this board, apologize if this is already a dead horse.
There is a lot that has been discussed on this board (and, I'm sad to say, the state of the discussions has been deteriorating), so it is not unexpected that a new reader would not be able to scan everything.
In today's posts, you'll see stuff about South Korea's reactions & suggestions about how/why they reacted as they did.
As a comparison (current):
S. Korea. pop:51.7M Population > 65yo: 9.1% = 4.7M 10,284 cases 184 deaths 466K tests Last 7 days new cases: 623
Calif. pop: 39.5M Population > 65yo: 14% = 5.5M 14,336 cases 343 deaths 144K tests Last 7 days new cases: 7675
Welcome to the CARDboard.
