Israel has been relatively inconsistent with its implementation of the lockdown. Mandatory quarantine of all incoming passengers, yet some planes unloaded and passengers allowed to go home without tracing. Lockdown, but people still heading to the beaches. Distance limitations of 100-150 meters from home, but "passes" allowed for essential people, like marketing personnel. All anecdotally, but I'm talking with Israelis at least twice a week.
