This story makes Trump look worse, if the State Department gave him warnings in 2018.

  The warnings were not directed at the President.  He doesn't see every St. Dept cable or email.  It was about the general sloppiness and procedures of the lab.  I suppose any other president would have put the nation on lock down right then.  If he/she even saw the memo.  But then again they probably wouldn't have been wasting their time on Russia, Russia and "solemn" impeachment.  Or renegotiating NAFTA, the TPPA, or dumping the insane Iran deal.  I doubt HRC would have even seen the memo since there was nothing classified on her "private server." At least nothing the Chinese and Russians weren't interested in.
