Look up "cloud kitchens" or "ghost kitchens" that masquerade as brick-and-mortar restaurants but only exist online as a food delivery option and operate out of sketchy industrial spaces.

I've seen a lot of restaurants around me declare indefinite closures -- not even offering takeout-only options. Not a good sign :(
