Some dark corners of the right-wing internet have been posting about how Fauci knew about HCQ back in 2015 and that it's his fault that he did not tout HCQ earlier in the pandemic to save lives.  These posts are accompanied with sufficiently low-res graphics that quilt together presumed article headlines with appropriate highlighting.
