My wife just got hired, and the one thing that her new employer budged on was work from home (which is good for them, because that was the one thing my wife was not going to accept more than twice a week).  There was no space for negotiation on salary, bonus, stock appreciation rights, or even outlines of what a performance bonus might look like.  But they did say she can work from home five days a week (though she said she could go in for important face to face meetings).
