That's interesting. I thought it was unconscionable, what they were charging for U of Phoenix-style internet training classes. My guess is that they received a backlash, but perhaps more to the point, I have more than a few friends who have indicated that this will be a gap year, if their children cannot attend classes in person. I'm friends with a Cornell couple who have a daughter that is a rising junior and a son who will enter as a freshman...but the parents have indicated that both will take off a year if they can't have the full collegiate experience.
