I would ask anyone seeking hospital care if they went to a Covid party. If they say yes, tell them they will have to care for themselves because they clearly know more than medical professionals who would be caring for them in hospital.

Medicine just doesn't work that way, and thank god.  There's enough sanctimony in the world; we don't need doctors deciding only to treat COVID-19 patients who got it for "acceptable" reasons.
