Millions are losing their ability to pay for health care.  Let me also point out that companies are starting to convert furloughs into layoffs as it becomes clear that we will not have a "V" shaped economic recovery.  This means that furloughed people, who were at least receiving health care.

If anything positive is to come out of this pandemic, I expect it'll be more pressure to un-tether health insurance from employment.

I'd support that.  It's a quirk of the U.S. health care system that I believe is bad for the overall economy.

It came out of WWII with salary restrictions.  It's long past its sell-by date.
