I mean, he'll go to an In-N-Out menu once he's convinced he can succeed with an In-N-Out menu. Can Shaw be convinced to change his mind? Oof.
Having a Denny's menu doesn't guarantee you offensive success. A successful team can execute a Denny's menu offense, but having the menu is not going to suddenly cause your team to be successful. Ironically, Harbaugh executed an In-N-Out menu with a successful team and didn't really stray away from that menu.
I see it in coaches all the time who try to do tricky drills. Tricky drills don't make good athletes, even if good athletes can do tricky drills. It's not foundational. Shaw needs better position coaches who can develop players. Our 3* Ben Gardners need to be coached up and trained up.
