It will be amazing if college athletes are getting a vaccine in February, but I tend to doubt all D1 NCAA athletes would get the vaccine that early. No way only FBS football players get the vaccine early since that would not align with the spirit of Title IX.
Good to hope for that vaccine scenario, but I fear the USA government's only plan for early 2021 is that same rosy vaccine scenario.
