Per the latest outbreak in Boulder impacting CU, Colorado yesterday had its highest reported single day Covid infection increase since the pandemic started. The previous high was 608 in July. It was reported to be 611 yesterday. That's after it went down to under 300 for a few weeks in late August to mid September. The state is now having 5% positive tests, so I'm imagining Boulder is much higher.
